Something broken, something missing, or a question about upgrading — here is where each one goes.

Is Farmalytics up?

Checking… Contacting the service

This shows whether Farmalytics itself is running — not whether your game server is. If Farmalytics is operational but your Farming Simulator server shows as offline in Discord, the cause is usually the stats-feed URL or the game server itself. Run /manage-server to see what Farmalytics last managed to read.

Something is wrong

Reporting a bug

Report bugs from inside Discord with /bug-report. It opens a short form and sends it straight to the development team, along with which Discord and which game server you are using, so there is nothing to look up or fill in twice.

What to include

What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened. If a command gave the wrong numbers, say which command and which farm or field. That one detail narrows most reports down immediately.

If the mod is involved

Send your game server's log.txt. FSConnect prefixes everything it writes with [FSConnect], and those lines usually name the exact cause.

Upgrading

Run /view-subscription to see your current plan and limits, and to start an upgrade. One subscription covers your whole Discord, however many game servers you connect to it.

Content creators

If you make Farming Simulator videos or streams and want to use Farmalytics on your community server, get in touch with a link to your channel.

The documentation covers setup and every command. For what it does not answer, ask in the support Discord.
